If you have natural leather shoes:
If it's a light stain, simply dab away at it with a soft cloth. You may use a shoe cleaner or cream if you wish.
If the shoe touched water at any point, immediately wipe it with a soft cloth. Take off all excess water and hang to dry immediately.
If the shoes are in a humid or hot environment, there is a possibility of mold if the shoe is dirty.
Store in a light, breathable bag and place them in a cool, dry place.

 For synthetic or faux leathers (silver surfaces)
Lightly wipe away stains with a wet cloth, do not rub.
If the stain remains, use an eraser-type cleaner or you may use a cloth dipped and wrung in water or a light, neutral detergent to wipe the stain.

 For synthetic or faux leathers (suede surfaces)
If dust has settled on the shoe, simply brush away the dust with a shoe brush.
Wipe away stains with a wet cloth.
The synthetic fibers may peel away if you rub too hard, so please be careful when cleaning.

 Natural fiber/ Chemical fiber (Polyester, cotton, etc)
Lightly wipe away stains with a wet cloth, do not rub. Place in a breezy, shady place.
Once the shoe is halfway dry, it will return to its original shape.
The color may easily come off the shoe, so we recommend that you wash it separately from other items.
Also, colors may rub off on light or white items. Wash and dry these items as soon as possible.

Road traffic regulations state that you must wear shoes with a heel when operating a vehicle.
Even though our shoes have a heel, the sole of the Canoe is thick and may hinder you from stepping on the gas/brakes properly.
We recommend that you do not drive a car or motorcycle while wearing the Canoe shoe.

Because it is very difficult to repair these shoes, we will grant a replacement pair if the shoe is defective upon purchase.

We painstakingly craft our shoes in a way that most of our customers can wear them comfortably,
but there are a few people whose arch, foot shape and body type doesn't fit the Canoe.

The chances of slipping on a wet surface increase on rainy days, so please use caution when walking near manholes or slick surfaces like marble.
