A guide to use our product safely and comfortably:
-
Please always choose a pair of shoes that are your size and fit comfortably on your feet.
Feet sores, pain, and fatigue are some side effects to wearing the wrong shoe size.
-
New shoes can cause painful conditions such as sores, so we recommend wearing your new shoes for small periods of time to adjust your feet.
If any pain persists, stop wearing the product immediately.
-
When trying on your new shoes, be sure to try on both left and right feet.
Feet size vary from your left foot to your right, and an incorrect fitting may lead to pain.
-
If you experience itching and/or rashes due to excessive sweating, stop wearing the product immediately.
Continued use may worsen these symptoms.
-
The soles of the shoes have a tendency to get slippery due to the type of floor you are walking on,
so please watch your step.
-
The street after a rainy day tends to be extremely slippery.
Please watch your step when walking on tile or marble, or over a manhole.

Products that contain natural materials, brushed materials or cloth can lose its color or transfer its color to another product from sweat or rain.
Make sure to find a well ventilated location when drying a product.
-
Products that contain synthetic leathers may be subject to degradation and peeling,
as well as loss of color when exposed to direct sunlight.

Be sure to securely tighten the velcro straps on shoes with velcro on them. Remove the straps when removing your shoes.
Not removing them may damage the shoe.
-
These shoes are expendable. Soles that have degraded down or shoes that have lost its shape may lead to injury,
so please use caution.
-
Shoes that haven't been worn for periods of time may have the tendency to age, so please inspect the shoes before wearing them again.
(Be sure to check cracks on the heel, peeling of the sole, and hardware such as hooks.)
-
To prevent deformation (warping, shrinking) or softening, be sure to not place your shoes near fire,
inside of vehicles, a patio, places exposed to sunlight or high temperatures.
about shoe care
-
If you have natural leather shoes:
If it's a light stain, simply dab away at the stain with a soft cloth. You may use a shoe cleaner or cream if you wish.
If the shoe touched water at any point, immediately wipe it with a soft cloth. Take off all excess water and hang to dry immediately.
If the shoes are in a humid or hot environment, there is a possibility of mold if the shoe is dirty.
Store in a light, breathable bag and place them in a cool, dry place.
-
For synthetic or faux leathers (silver surfaces)
Lightly wipe away stains with a wet cloth, do not rub.
If the stain remains, use an eraser-type cleaner or you may use a cloth dipped and wrung in water or a light, neutral detergent to wipe the stain.
